Niam has divested Thermo Fisher’s Finnish headquarter office and R&D facility to ICG. The building was constructed in 2002 and has over 23,000 sqm lettable area. It is located next to the Vantaankoski railway station with direct access to Helsinki city center and to Helsinki airport.
“During our ownership we have made several investments in the asset to meet the long term needs of a global life science company and its employees.” says Antti Muilu, Country Manager Finland at Niam.
“ICG’s SLB fund is pleased to close the acquisition of this highly mission critical facility, in what is our first investment in Finland. Finland and the Nordics are a key target market for our strategy, and we are actively seeking additional mission critical real estate opportunities,” says Chad Brown, Managing Director at ICG.
ICG was advised by JLL.
