Motonet joins Niam's Solåsen Handel retail park in Jönköping

Niam welocmes Motonet to Solåsen Handel

Niam is pleased to welcome Motonet, a leading retail chain, as a new tenant at Solåsen Handel in Jönköping. Motonet will occupy approximately 5,000 square meters, offering a wide range of products and accessories for cars, boats, motorcycles, tools, fishing, hunting, and home and leisure. The opening is scheduled for the first half of 2025.

"Since acquiring Solåsen Handel in August 2022, our goal has been to further develop the retail park by enhancing the mix of stores and service offerings. Motonet's presence at Solåsen Handel will be a valuable addition, focusing on retail sectors such as motor products, outdoor activities, and hunting," says Victor Wettergren, Fund Manager at Niam.

Solåsen Handel is located in one of Jönköping's most rapidly expanding areas and comprises three properties with approximately 36,000 square meters of leasable space and 21 tenants. The largest tenants include XXL, Power, Dollarstore, and Rusta. Motonet offers around 65,000 different products, including 20,000 spare parts for cars, boats, and motorcycles. In addition to this extensive product range, various services will be available, such as trailer rental, car cleaning, bike maintenance, and quick service. A motor workshop will also be included in Motonet’s premises.

RED (Rico Estate Development) represented Niam in the leasing agreement with Motonet.
