Niam acquires 461 residential units in Aalborg, Denmark

Niam has acquired two residential portfolios in Aalborg in two independent transactions. The combined portfolios comprise 461 apartments with a total lettable area of approximately 46,500 sqm. The majority of the portfolio, 419 units, is located in “DaVinci Parken,” an area in southern Aalborg near the University of Aalborg and the new University Hospital, which is under construction. The remaining 44 apartments are located on the harbor front of Aalborg.
