Niam and GMB Ejendomme has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of two residential properties, situated in Silkeborg and Ans, comprising 73 terraced houses. The homes are built as single-family homes terraced houses in one or two storeys. Both properties will become part of Niam’s Danish residential portfolio Nordhusene.
