Niam acquires Kruthuset 17 in Gothenburg
Kruthuset 17 in GothenburgNiam has acquired Kruthuset 17, a modern office- and logistic property close to the central station in Gothenburg. Kruthuset 17 consists of 68,000 sqm lettable area and has multiple tenants, the largest being Tullverket, PostNord, Trafikverket and CGI. The property is certified according to Breeam Very Good. The sellers are funds managed by Blackstone and Areim.

The property’s good location and communications will be improved further with the construction of the West Link and the redevelopment of the area around the central station.
