Niam acquires mixed used property in Copenhagen

Niam has acquired a mixed use property located at Østbanegade, Copenhagen, which comprises approximately 30,000 sqm office and retail space and a 12,000 sqm parking facility. The fully let property, locally known as “Tietgens Have,” is well-located in the North Harbor area which is a currently undergoing a transformation into one of the most attractive areas in Copenhagen. The property has been acquired in an off-market transaction from a consortium of international pension funds.
