Niam acquires office property in Helsinki, Finland

Niam has acquired Voimatalo, an office building comprising approximately 9,300 sqm in the Kamppi district within the Helsinki city center, from AXA Real Estate on behalf of its clients. The multi-let building was recently refurbished and is fully let.
