Niam acquires office property in Horsens, Denmark

On July 1, 2017, Niam acquired a landmark office property located in the city center of Horsens, Denmark. Horsens is a key city in the Aarhus Business Region, which is one of the fastest growing regions in Denmark. The property has a lettable area of 12,000 sqm and is fully let to the Municipality of Horsens and the Police Authority.
