Residential development project in Greve, Denmark

Niam has entered into a binding agreement to acquire six apartment blocks with a total of 80 rental apartments in Greve, just outside Copenhagen. The project’s seller and developer, the Swedish-owned residential development company Bonava, will also be responsible for renting out the homes. The start of the project takes place this year and first tenants are expected to move in during the summer of 2022.

The project is located in the northern part of Greve and will be part of a larger neighboring area under development. All apartments are environmentally certified (Svanenmärkta), which has been an important criterium for Niam.

The proximity to public transport means that you can reach central Copenhagen in about 20 minutes and in the immediate area there are both schools, shopping and proximity to water and nature. These are some of the reasons to why we consider Greve to be an attractive part of Greater Copenhagen to live in.”
