Niam acquires residential portfolio in Copenhagen

With this acquisition, Niam owns a combined Danish residential portfolio of approximately 1,100 high-quality units consisting of over 100,000 sqm of total lettable area. The units were constructed from 2006-2010 and are located in attractive areas in and around Copenhagen.
