Niam announces first close of its latest Core-Plus Fund

The Nordic real estate private equity firm held its first close for their third Core-Plus fund, targeting real estate investments in the Nordic region.

Most of the capital derives from European pension funds and financial institutions, with a mix of both existing and new investors. Similar to its predecessor, the fund will be an income producing fund with a net IRR target of 8% and an annual income yield of 5% and will acquire residential, office, logistics, public use and retail investments in the four Nordic countries.

Subsequent closes will be held as needed.
