Niam enters the real estate market in Bergen, Norway

Niam has acquired a fully let office and educational property with an attractive location in Bergen, the second largest city in Norway. It provides a full range of public transportation options and only a two-minute walk to the city’s main square, “Torgallmenningen”.

The property has a central and attractive location on the seafront by Vågen, one of the busiest areas in Norway. It has 11,400 sqm lettable area and a full renovation of the property was completed in 2013.
