Niam expands its property portfolio with 149 residentials in Denmark

Niam has entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition of 149 apartments in Farum Kaserne and Nærheden, in the attractive Greater Copenhagen area of Denmark. The residential units are divided into three properties and the apartments are modern and of very high quality.

The portfolio was acquired from 2E Group and Niam will take ownership of the first 44 apartments on October 1, 2020, while the remaining 105 units will be built and delivered successively during the coming year.
