Niam sells office property in Kista, Stockholm

Niam will sell the office property Blåfjäll 1 in Kista, just north of Stockholm, Sweden, to AXA Real Estate on behalf of ERAFP (Etablissement Retraite Aditionnelle de la Fonction Publique [1]). The property is fully let to Ericsson on a long lease agreement. The price will be approximately SEK 546 million (€60.7 million).
