Niam sells office property in Stockholm

Niam sold Gångaren 13, an office building of ~36,000 sqm consisting of Electrolux’s head office with associated grounds, to AB Electrolux on February 1, 2013. The property located at Sankt Göransgatan in Stockholm, Sweden was sold for approximately SEK 1 145 million.
