Niam sells two office properties in Helsinki, Finland

Today Niam has sold two multi-tenant office properties located in Espoo just outside of Helsinki, Finland to Fennica Properties I, managed by Fennia Asset Management. The total lettable area of the properties is approximately 8,500 sqm.
