Niam to acquire commercial properties in Denmark

Niam has signed to acquire seven office and retail properties in Denmark from Finansiel Stabilitet, the Danish Government, for approximately €112 million. The properties comprise ~58,000 sqm and are located in Copenhagen, Slagelse and Roskilde. The transaction marks Niam’s entry into commercial real estate in Denmark.
