Niam to acquire office property in Stockholm

Niam has signed to purchase a 34,000 sqm office property consisting of six connected buildings for approximately SEK 1.1 billion with the closing scheduled during Q1 2013. Klara Strand was built in 1994 and includes office space with business houses, a conference center and shops.  The property is located near the Central Station, between Klarabergsviadukten and Kungsbron.
